Who the hell was in charge of the library in that port?

And is everyone okay? There was a murder?

Since this place is weirdly... uh... happy all the time, I doubt this will come up.... In case anyone needs to reach me, this is the place to do so. I'm afraid I can only be on night duty, but I'm sure there's a cop out during the day, too.
